These kind of requests can be issued by everybody and are generally related to service procedures, sales, customer specific requirements etc.

Questions about and/or support for specific DNA assignments can be issued here and require project and user details. The DNA Support Desk has a policy to answer support requests by mail within 24 hours during working days.
